The house is located in a quiet and private area, and the sunsets over the bay are beautiful. The washing machine and coffee machine are great. Everything is fully equipped.

Jeff's place is very clean and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. Forgot to pack Q-Tips & Floss so it was great that he provided those already!

Had a wonderful stay here! Jeff was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out times. It’s a nice quiet spot to relax and if you enjoy bird watching there is lots to see, from a king fisher to an osprey scooping fishing out of the water. Overall great place highly recommend!

We were at Jeff’s cottage for a week long family vacation and we couldn’t have asked for anything else.
The cottage was pristine, beds were comfy (there are also 2 king beds!) and he provided a pack n play + high chair for our little one. Kitchen was fully stocked and nice to also have a bbq on the deck!
He was very responsive whenever we needed anything and loved our time there.
Great location near North Rustico. The town was a cute and had a bigger grocery store, playground and restaurants. Brackley Beach was also nearby and was a great alternative to Cavendish.
Would stay again, thank you Jeff!

We had the most wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom home! It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we could have possibly needed was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. The house truly felt like a home away from home, and every detail was just perfect. We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Girls’s trip in PEI wouldn’t have been complete without staying at Jeff’s cottage. Beautiful views, quiet, and easily drivable to other areas. Very clean. Bedrooms appeared to have bigger beds than what was listed so that was a plus!

Absolutely amazing host! Jeff provided so many amenities, (even ones not listed) anything you can think of to have in a home was there :)
Although the beach was not as swimable as we had hoped, Jeff more than made up for it with the cleanliness of the rest of the house.

The accommodation is very clean, well kept, comfortable and conveniently located. Jeff is proactive and responsive in maintaining communication with me before check-in, during my stay and after check-out. My parents and I were visiting Charlottetown for the first time, and Jeff gave us excellent restaurant recommendations as well! I would highly recommend Jeff's accommodation!

A very comfortable unit for my wife and I and our two kids. It was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Very clean, and looked after. We would stay here again.
