We can confirm all the positive reviews about Jeff's place is accurate and on the spot. Jeff's place was easy to find and the access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is not too far from the core downtown area and very peaceful with ample parking space. The unit was spotless clean and had all the amenities listed on the posting. Jeff is a proactive communicator and we felt that he was there for us if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we spent at Jeff's place and we would definitely stay at Jeff's if we were to visit Charlottetown gain.

Im doing myself a diservice by providing such a glowing review for Jeff's spot as I would like to visit again and not have it booked when I do. But this was a great spot for a longer stay. The location was great and within walking distance to nearly everywhere. Jeff was a great host and very accomodating.

Jeff's suite was spotless, new, and very welcoming. And Jeff was awesome! He made the stay so easy. In the suite, he thought of everything - we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And he had great restaurant suggestions! We will stay at one of Jeff's suites again!

Jeff’s place was comfortable and clean! The Air BnB had all the amenities you’d need! Jeff was an excellent and responsive host that checked in, responded promptly to messages, and addressed any questions or requests/concerns very quickly and went above and beyond. It’s not too far from the downtown area and could be walkable, but is probably best suited for travellers with a vehicle. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Jeff was an amazing host. We truly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated his personal note and guest book with recommendations. The unit had everything we needed and more. We enjoy the laps, the kitchen with everything we needed, clean washroom, washer and dryer, awesome garbage bins. Would 100% recommend staying here especially if you want to be close to Downtown Charlottetown.

this was a very lovely place to stay :) jeff was a great host ! friendly & communicative. everything was clean & the beds comfy. the location was perfect, as it was so close to downtown . we would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

great stay for my wife and infant. Everything was extremely clean and new.while the first airbnb is we stayed at the had a good TV that wasn't complicated I love the. Feature that You could log in to your streaming accounts and it would automatically check you out after you left. Can you set a timer.mary modern touches to the place?

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. He makes great use of smaller space….the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable & clan & each room had a tv since there was no living room area. The amenities provided were great (thanks for the games!). Jeff was very responsive & friendly!

Absolutely would recommend. Place was a great value for the price. Perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to sleep after exploring the city. Jeff was a fantastic host. Flexible, accommodating and responsive. I made a big mistake when booking and accidentally booked for the wrong dates…Jeff responded quickly on the day of our intended check in and rebooked us for the correct dates free of charge! Totally saved us a huge headache.
